Junior IT Services Specialist

The Alpega Group is looking for our Junior IT Service Specialist. This role will be part of the Group Information Technology team and you should be based Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Junior IT Service Specialist, you will provide essential IT support and manage network operations across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include:

• 1st Level IT Support:
  Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues via ticketing system, phone, or email.

• Microsoft 365 Administration:
  Manage user setup, permissions, and security for Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

• User & Device Management:
  Configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

• Incident Escalation:
  Escalate more complex issues to 2nd level support when necessary.

• Active Directory & Azure AD:
  Manage user accounts and passwords.

• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions.

• Asset Management:
  Track IT assets and inventory.

• End-User Training:
  Assist in training employees on IT systems and best practices.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU

• Minimum of one year of experience in an IT support or a similar role
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Technical Knowledge
• Problem-Solving Ability
• Advance level of English & Spanish
