The Opportunity:

Alpha Lion is seeking a Director of Creative Strategy with a proven track record in consumer goods (preferably FMCG/CPG) and a passion for innovative storytelling. As Director of Creative, you will lead the entire creative process, overseeing a talented team of strategists, designers, copywriters, and content creators to deliver high-quality creative across all consumer touchpoints.

This strategic role demands a unique blend of creative vision, leadership excellence, and data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive creative strategy that aligns with Alpha Lion’s mission, driving business results across paid media, email, landing pages, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive creative strategy across all touchpoints to drive brand goals and business results. Ensure alignment with Alpha Lion’s mission and vision.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality ads, landing pages, and emails. Prioritize high-impact creative initiatives. Have  a deep understanding around performance metrics like CTR, Thumbstop, CRV, and how they drive growth for the business.
  • Lead the creative process from ideation to production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards. Oversee the execution of creative content to meet campaign objectives.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive influencer strategy, including partnerships with macro and micro influencers. Measure and adjust strategies based on performance data.
  • Inspire and manage a diverse creative team, fostering a collaborative environment. Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members to drive creativity and innovation.
  • Oversee creative budgets and vendor contracts, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing value. Manage resource and production costs to stay within budget.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials. Adapt and evolve the brand’s visual and narrative identity based on industry trends and consumer feedback.
  • Continuously assess and refine creative processes to enhance efficiency. Implement new tools and technologies to support effective project management and collaboration.
  • Own the GTM calendar and strategy. Understand new & existing product focuses, current & projected consumer behavior, and best marketing practices to develop the marketing strategy that drives consistent and timely-spikes in revenue throughout the year.
