Michael Redding, CTS, DMC-E

Michael Redding, CTS, DMC-E has an extensive and diverse work experience in the audiovisual industry. Starting in 2004, they worked as an Inter-Departmental Coordinator at IFS before transitioning to a role as a Pre-Sales Engineer at IVCi, LLC. In 2012, they joined AVI-SPL as a Design Engineer and later became a Sales Solution Engineer. Michael then worked at Video Corporation of America as a Senior Sales Engineer before moving to Strategic Products and Services (SPS) as a Senior Sales Engineer. Michael joined RTS Solutionz as the Director of Engineering in 2017 and then transitioned to Diversified as a Senior Systems Engineer in 2018. In 2014, Michael established their own company, Audio Visual Design Innovations, Inc, where they served as the President until 2022. Currently, they are working at Alpha as a Senior AV Design Systems Engineer and will assume the role of Engineering Manager in 2023.

Michael Redding, CTS, DMC-E obtained an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Suffolk County Community College. Michael attended the college from 2005 to 2007.
