Stephen O'Sullivan

Stephen O'Sullivan has over 40 years of work experience. Stephen began their career in 1980 as the Chief of Trial Division for the Cook County Public Defender. Stephen then moved to Searle in 1989 as the Assistant General Counsel and Head of Litigation. In 2000, they took on the role of Senior Vice President and Head of Litigation at Pharmacia Corporation. Two years later, they were promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel. In 2005, they joined Pfizer as the Assistant General Counsel. Stephen has been with ALTATHERA Pharmaceuticals since 2012, where they currently serve as the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Director.

Stephen O'Sullivan holds a Bachelor's degree in English/Sociology from Marquette University and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. Stephen is also a Member of the Illinois Bar, State Bar of Arizona, State Bar of New Mexico, United States Federal Court Seventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
