Lauren Ribaud is an accomplished professional in the agro-food industry with a strong background in product development and management. Currently serving as Acheteuse and Chef de projets en Recherche et Développement at ALTHO BRETS since April 2019, Lauren specializes in sourcing and optimizing raw materials, formulating snack recipes according to client specifications, and managing cross-functional teams for product launches. Lauren has successfully implemented an internal measurement system for acrylamide across multiple production sites and has contributed to operator training and performance optimization. Prior to this role, Lauren completed a semester abroad at Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague and gained hands-on experience through various internships, including work in agricultural operations and product development in South Africa.
