Reginal Bulus

Reginal Bulus is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in IMS Core engineering and system development. Currently serving as a Senior Wireless Engineer at Altice USA since April 2022, Reginal previously held key engineering roles at Limitless Mobile and C Spire, focusing on IMS deployment and support for large subscriber bases. Earlier in the career, Reginal worked as a QA Engineer at ATT Wireless and Advanced System Engineer at U.S. Cellular, emphasizing system design and integration. Initial roles included technical positions at VoiceCue Technologies, Tricom, and CODETEL, contributing to telecom solutions and network infrastructure. Reginal holds a Master's degree in Networking and Computer Science from DePaul University and another Master's degree in Data Telecommunication Science from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra.
