Tony Canonaco

Tony Canonaco has over 20 years of experience in the industrial automation and manufacturing space. Tony began their career in 1999 as the Product Marketing Manager for Xycom Automation, where they were responsible for the marketing strategy of a $25M product line. In 2000, they became the Director of Sales and Marketing for Service Automation at Bosch Rexroth. In 2006, they moved to Kollmorgen a Danaher Motion Company as the Vice President of Sales for the East Region. From 2010 to 2015, they were the President and CEO of Balluff Inc., where they were responsible for nearly 200 people and $90M in sales. In 2018, they became the Regional Vice President of Americas at Balluff worldwide, leading 5 countries and 450 people with $145M in sales. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an Independent Management Consultant. Most recently, they joined Altix Consulting as the Executive Vice President of North America and Partner for Commercial Growth Strategy and Operational Excellence.

Tony Canonaco obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton between 1984 and 1988. Tony then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Capital University between 1993 and 1995. In 2003, Tony attended a General Management Program at Carnegie Mellon University. The following year, they completed a Strategic Marketing Management Program at the University of Chicago.
