John Adams

John Adams has a diverse background in executive leadership roles. John currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Altus Fire & Life Safety, a full-service fire and life safety services platform. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Mission Secure, a company specializing in OT cyber-protection. From 2016 to 2021, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Waratek, a cyber-security software solution and services provider. Earlier in their career, they held the position of President & COO at SecurAmerica, LLC, and Chairman & CEO at American Security Programs. John also worked as a Senior Vice President at Group 4 Securicor and Angelo Gordon & Company. Before that, they were the Vice President & General Manager at Medline Industries and had various senior roles at United States Surgical Corporation.

John Adams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Florida Southern College in 1992. John later completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Health Care Administration at Webster University between 1992 and 1994.
