Henrik Lenerius

Henrik Lenerius has extensive work experience in various roles and companies.

Henrik is currently working as the Chief Product Officer at Alva Labs since November 2022.

Prior to this, they worked at Syncron from 2012 to 2022, where they held multiple positions. Henrik served as the Chief Product Officer from January 2018 to November 2022, leading large-scale product development and overseeing 350 employees in Product Management, Engineering, Security, and Cloud Operations across multiple countries. Henrik was also a member of Syncron's Executive Management team.

Henrik also played a crucial role in Syncron's international expansion to the United States. Henrik moved to Chicago in January 2014 and established Syncron's onshore business, growing the team to over 60 people across three offices. Henrik successfully earned the business of iconic American manufacturers during this period.

In addition, Henrik served as the Vice President of Customer Success at Syncron from 2016 to 2017. Henrik led the functions of Customer Success Management, Software Consulting, Tech Support, and eLearning, focusing on customer advocacy, net retention, and churn. Their efforts led to achieving impressive net retention and low churn rates.

Before joining Syncron, Henrik worked at Elanders as the Head of Internal Consulting Group from 2009 to 2012. Henrik also started their career at Accenture as a Consultant in 2009.

Henrik Lenerius possesses a Master of Science degree in Industrial Management from the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University. Henrik pursued this degree from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that, in 2002, they attended Lv6 Cadet School, focusing on Military and Strategic Leadership. In November 2022, Henrik obtained certification in Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) from LinkedIn.
