Amine Belaicha is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Financial Industry Advisory Services group in Paris. He brings more than 15 years of consulting, private equity and corporate experience in the banking and insurance sectors, and specializes in post-merger integrations, performance improvement and complex transformation programmes for a wide range of corporate and PE clients. Mr. Belaicha has worked with clients across various industries including healthcare, power and utilities, manufacturing, media and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
