Caroline McConnell

Caroline McConnell started their career as a Concierge at Douglas Elliman in 2011 and remained in that role until 2016. Caroline then joined Your VIP Pass as an Event Coordinator from July 2017 to February 2019. After that, they worked as a Human Resources Associate at CAIS Group from February 2019 to October 2020. In March 2021, they joined Alcority as a Human Resources Coordinator, specifically focusing on HR Operations. Currently, they are working at AlTi Tiedemann Global as a Human Resources Associate, starting in May 2023.

Caroline McConnell pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Journalism and Marketing at Fairfield University from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their studies at Fairfield, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at Regent's University London for the academic year 2015-2016.
