Jamie Bowden

Jamie Bowden has extensive work experience in the IT field. Jamie is currently the Managing Director and Head of IT at Alvarium Tiedemann | AlTi since April 2021. Prior to this role, they were the Director and Head of IT at Alvarium from November 2016 to April 2021.

Before joining Alvarium, Bowden worked at Instant On IT from April 2006 to November 2016 as a Lead Consultant. In this role, they provided IT consulting expertise to clients from various industries, managed their IT departments, defined IT roadmaps, and oversaw the migration of on-premises applications and network infrastructure to the cloud. Jamie also implemented standardized work practices to achieve high infrastructure uptime of over 99.9%.

Bowden began their career at OnMedica in May 2001 as an IT Administrator, where they worked until June 2006.

Jamie Bowden completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Information Technology from the University of Central Lancashire from 1994 to 1998. In addition to this degree, Jamie obtained several certifications including ITIL Foundation Level from PeopleCert in August 2021, 74-325 Administering Office 365 for Small Businesses from Microsoft in January 2014, Prince 2 Foundation & Practitioner from the Office of Government Commerce in January 2014, and MS-500 Microsoft 365 Security Administration from Microsoft in November 2019.
