Regina Caple

Regina Caple has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Regina began their career in 2000 as a Human Resource Administrator at SUPRA HEALTHCARE SERVICES, INC, where they fulfilled a broad range of HR functions and initiated a plan to publicize continuing education credits for healthcare professionals. Regina then worked as a Human Resource Benefits Manager at Flushing Savings, where they administered employee benefits and managed HR records. As an HR Consultant at SUPRA Management, they guided the startup and management of HR operations and programs. Regina also worked as an HR Manager at St. John's Episcopal Hospital, where they reorganized the HR department and implemented new policies and procedures. Regina then served as a Human Resource Director at Insight Health U.S. Inc., managing the day-to-day HR activities of the organization. Prior to their current role, Regina was the Director of Human Resources at Paragon Honda, where they worked closely with the executive team to design and drive HR programs.
