Dyah Shofiana

Dyah Shofiana has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dyah started their career as a Management Trainee at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk in 2012. Dyah then worked as a Branch Manager at Mapan - PT Ruma from 2015 to 2017. Dyah later joined Amartha Microfinance, where they held multiple positions including Quality Assurance from October to December 2017, Regional Manager from January to May 2018, Human Resources Business Partner from May 2018 to October 2019, and Talent Management Specialist from October 2019 to December 2021. Currently, they are working as the Regional People Partner Lead at Amartha Microfinance since September 2021. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in hiring, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and operational management.

Dyah Shofiana completed their undergraduate degree in Financial Management at Universitas Islam Indonesia from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2006, they attended Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, although no degree or field of study was specified.
