Salim R. Memon

Salim R. Memon has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Director Operations India at Amazon since November 2014, with previous roles including Regional Director of Operations FC - West India and Zonal Head Last Mile Operations - East & Central India. Previously, Salim held the position of General Manager Operations at Johnson & Johnson from April 2011 to April 2014, where the journey began as a Factory Manager at Baddi before transitioning to Manufacturing Excellence Leader for APAC countries. Earlier experience includes over 13 years at Hindustan Unilever Ltd in various operations roles within the HUL Foods and PP business segments and a position as Maintenance Engineer at Manaksia Crowns Limited. Salim holds a Postgraduate Degree in Operations Management from Brilliant Management School and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Dnyaneswar Vidyapeet, Pune.
