Tracy Lora

Tracy Lora has accumulated significant experience in customer service and patient support roles. Currently serving as the Customer Service Representative Team Lead and previously as a Patient Service Specialist at AMC Health since June 2017, Tracy demonstrates leadership and expertise in managing customer interactions. Prior to this, Tracy worked as a Receptionist at the Math and Science Resource Center from October 2014 to May 2017. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from John Jay College (CUNY), earned between 2013 and 2017.
