Bob McCracken

Bob McCracken is a highly experienced engineering professional specializing in Control and Instrumentation (C&I) with extensive expertise in commissioning and design across various sectors, including oil and gas, nuclear, and environmental services. Currently serving as the Lead C&I Engineer at Wood since October 2023 and previously holding key positions at Holmen Iggesund as an OT Team Leader and Exyte as a Commissioning Delivery Lead, Bob has demonstrated leadership in managing integrated control systems and commissioning complex projects. With a background that includes significant roles at James Fisher Nuclear Limited and Costain Oil and Gas, Bob has consistently focused on the successful design, delivery, and oversight of plant control systems and commissioning activities. Bob holds an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Control and Instrumentation from West Cumbria Technical College, earned between 1985 and 1991.
