Michelle Worster

Michelle Worster, MBA, has extensive experience in project management and operations leadership roles. Michelle is currently working at American AgCredit as the Head of Enterprise Delivery. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Program Manager at KeyBank, where they led the LIBOR Program, collaborating with business leaders and overseeing various workstreams. Before joining KeyBank, Michelle worked at KeyBank for over a decade, serving as the SVP Continuous Improvement & Project Management Office Leader, where they managed a team responsible for executing projects for Key's Corporate Bank. Michelle also held the role of SVP Operations & Project Management, leading the operations of an $8 billion equipment finance business and implementing organizational redesign initiatives. Earlier in their career, Michelle served as the Head of Operations & Project Management, Europe at CIT, and as the Head of Operations & Six Sigma, Ireland at GE Capital.

Michelle Worster holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Trinity College Dublin. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering from the University of Michigan.
