Alicja Kania

Alicja Kania, PMP, currently serves as the Education Manager for the Neurosurgery Research & Education Foundation at the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, where responsibilities include leading neurosurgical technique courses and managing budgets and fundraising efforts. Previous experience includes a Senior Project Coordinator role at Cambium Assessment, where project management, quality control, and content development were paramount. Additional experience includes project management roles at Northern Trust Corporation, where Alicja developed talent planning processes and analyzed employee engagement metrics, and significant work with Legal Aid Chicago, focusing on recruitment and training of VISTAs. Alicja Kania holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Psychology from DePaul University.
