Kellie Schaffner

Kellie Schaffner, MBA, has extensive leadership experience in the coatings industry, currently serving as President/CEO and Executive VP of Waterlox Coatings Corporation since January 2000. In addition to this role, Kellie has been a Board Member of the American Coatings Association since January 2020. Prior positions include Product Manager at KeyBank and Marketing Manager at Educational Structures, as well as an early career as an Account Coordinator at David Advertising and National Sales Manager at Waterlox Coatings. Kellie's educational background comprises a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Kent State University, and a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business program completion at Cuyahoga Community College.
