Ethan Decoster

Ethan DeCoster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and development management across various educational and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Development Manager at American Cruise Lines since April 2022, Ethan previously held positions as Operations Manager at The Sorting Table and Classical Wines From Spain. Prior management roles include Director of International Academic Advising and International Student and Academic Advisor at the University of Washington, as well as positions at Green River College and Northeastern University. Ethan also contributed as Program Manager at Seattle University and Director of the ESCAPE First Year Program at Georgetown University. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University and a Master of Arts from Seattle University.
