Devon O'Nalty

Devon O'Nalty, MSHRM, currently serves as the Vice President of Inclusion & Diversity at American Eagle Financial Credit Union, leading initiatives to integrate diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) within the organization. In addition to this role, O'Nalty is a member of the Board of Directors for Literacy Volunteers of Greater Hartford, supporting adult literacy programs, and is a member-at-large on the Marist College Alumni Association Executive Board. O'Nalty also has experience as the Head Diving Coach at both Fairfield University and Williams College, focusing on athlete development. Previous professional roles include Director of Diversity and Inclusion at NBC Sports and AVANGRID, where O'Nalty emphasized actionable DE&I strategies. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Leadership from Albertus Magnus College.
