Heather Gonzalez

Heather Gonzalez, MPA, has a diverse range of work experience. Heather began their career at WD Partners as a Licensing Specialist, where they successfully led the digitization of the licensing process in multiple states and Canada. Following this, they worked at Peak Title Agency as an Escrow Assistant, managing office operations, coordinating with stakeholders, and examining real estate closing documents. Heather then joined Buckeye State Bank as a Loan Admin Specialist, guiding clients on loan products and procedures, processing loan-related notes, and reviewing documents for accuracy. Heather later served as the Vice President of American Families United, where they played a vital role in lobbying members of Congress, overseeing public policy campaigns, and successfully passing legislation. Currently, Heather is an AVP - Loan Operations at Start Up Bank, where they manage loan and deposit volumes, leads a team in achieving customer service and sales goals, and supports borrowers and lending staff.

Heather Gonzalez, MPA has a Master's degree in Public Administration from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, which they obtained from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Paralegal Certificate in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Columbus State Community College, completing their studies from 2010 to 2014. In 2005, Heather attained a Bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Science, General from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Before attending The Ohio State University, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Science, General at Ohio University from 2001 to 2002.
