Kathy Scharr

Kathy Scharr has extensive experience at American Family Insurance, serving as the Missouri State Sales Director since January 2006, where leadership, direction, and support for agency business owners are provided. Previously, Kathy held roles such as Agency Business Consultant, focusing on business strategy for agency owners, and Agency Sales Manager, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Kathy's earlier experience with American Family Insurance from 1989 to 2005 includes positions as Regional Field Training Manager, Learning Consultant, and Claims Adjuster. Academically, Kathy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Business Management from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Missouri State University.
