Christine Jones

Principal Researcher at American Institutes for Research

Christine Jones has over 18 years of work experience in various research and consulting roles. In their current position as a Principal Researcher at the American Institutes for Research, they are responsible for conducting research. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Researcher at the same organization.

Before joining the American Institutes for Research, Christine worked as a Senior Research Associate at IMPAQ International, where they provided research support. Christine also served as a Managing Consultant and a Senior Consultant at The Lewin Group, where they managed projects related to comparative effectiveness research and organ transplantation.

Christine gained experience in healthcare consulting as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they worked on projects for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Before entering the consulting field, they worked as a Bacteriologist III at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, where they conducted testing and surveillance for infectious diseases and managed laboratory protocols.

Christine started their career in research as a Research Assistant at Georgetown University and IDEXX Laboratories. Christine also gained marketing experience as a Marketing Intern at IDEXX Laboratories.

Throughout their career, Christine has developed strong research and project management skills, with a focus on healthcare and public health.

Christine Jones earned a B.A. in Biology from Colby College between 2000 and 2004. Christine pursued further education at Georgetown University from 20004 to 2005, where they obtained an MS degree in Microbiology and Immunology. Christine then attended Boston University from 2007 to 2010 and completed their MPH in Epidemiology. In 2015, they also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
