Odeosa Eguavoen has a range of work experience in research and community engagement. In 2022, they worked as a Research Assistant at the American Institutes for Research. Prior to that, in the same year, they were a Research Intern at the Comprehensive Health Research Center. In 2022, they also served as a Student Researcher for the We Belong - Pertenecemos project, which focused on documenting the experiences of immigrant families and informing policies to support them. In 2021, Odeosa worked as a Health and Wellness Intern at the Volunteer Center of Santa Cruz County.
