Alex Kosseff

Alex Kosseff is an accomplished outdoor education and risk management professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as the Interim Executive Director at Paradox Sports, Alex collaborates with the Board of Directors to set and achieve organizational goals. Previously, Alex worked as the Executive Director at the American Mountain Guides Association, where strategic leadership enhanced educational programs for thousands of students and improved communication during crises. Alex founded the Outdoor Safety Institute, providing critical risk management consultancy to numerous outdoor organizations, and has held various instructional and training positions throughout a successful career in outdoor education. Alex holds a BA in Environmental Studies and Political Science from Macalester College.
