Andrea Noon

Andrea Noon, MPA, serves as the Director of Training Strategy at the American Red Cross since April 2010, where responsibilities include leading the design, development, and delivery of organizational training programs tailored to business needs. Prior roles include Sr. Director of Channel Development, where data analysis was performed to enhance fundraising performance, and Director of Division Fundraising, working with the Vice-President to achieve revenue targets and support regional fundraising teams. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Development Officer for the Kansas/Nebraska/SW Iowa Region, as well as roles in product management and financial development. Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and two Bachelor's degrees in Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
