Nathan Kempf

Nathan Kempf is an experienced educator and environmental professional with a diverse background in teaching and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as an English Teacher and Cultural Ambassador at American School Way since February 2024, Nathan previously worked as a Substitute Teacher with Teachers on Call, where responsibilities included teaching disadvantaged students and ESL children in the Minneapolis area. Nathan's experience at 3M spanned two years as a Regulatory Affairs Associate and Environmental Analyst, overseeing regulatory data and product safety communications. Additional roles include Enumerator for the U.S. Census Bureau, Solar Design Policy Researcher for Clean Energy Resource Teams, and various positions in labor and service sectors. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Systems Management from the University of Minnesota, with a specialization in Sustainable Products Business Management.
