Jennifer Gladney

Jennifer Gladney joined American Seafoods in 2002 and over the years has had various roles with increasing responsibilities. Her longevity with the company has allowed Jennifer to forge trusting relationships with both crew members and corporate staff alike.

Jennifer is both operationally savvy with a strong understanding of the practical needs of the business and acutely attuned to the needs of employees which helps to create a team-focused working environment.
