Moni Cothren

Moni Cothren serves as the Human Resources Manager at New Seasons Market since July 2020, bringing a strong commitment to ethical grocery practices and community support. Previously, Moni held the position of Account Relationship Manager at Sturgis Insurance Co from June 2018 to April 2020, where responsibilities included managing insurance accounts and overseeing staff development. Moni's career began at Starbucks Coffee Company, where the role of Store Manager was performed from March 2003 to May 2018. In addition to professional experience, Moni achieved units towards an associate's degree in Physical and Biological Anthropology at Fullerton College between 2011 and 2017.
