Marie D. Ternieden, Ed.D., IOM holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Italian from Saint Mary's College. Marie D. further pursued their education and obtained a Master's degree in International Development from The George Washington University. Marie continued their academic journey at the same institution and completed their Ed.D. in Education Policy and Administration, with a focus on International Education. In addition to their degrees, they have also obtained certifications as an ENV SP- Envision Sustainability Professional from the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure, and as an IOM- Institute for Organization Management from the US Chamber of Commerce.
