Alison Gonzalez, PMP, CPM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supplier diversity, organizational transformation, and training program management. Currently serving as the Small Business Liaison Officer at AMERICAN SYSTEMS, Alison manages a dynamic Supplier Diversity program, enhancing small business participation in procurement opportunities. As CEO of Essential Assets Group, Alison leads efforts to improve team productivity and develop critical skills through experiential programs and consulting services. Previous roles include Executive Director for IT Training & Certifications at TASC Management Corporation, where Alison significantly increased sales revenue, and various marketing and consulting positions within renowned organizations, including The Chronicle of Higher Education and Learning Tree International.
