Beyza Kınacı Doğan started their professional career as an Intern at TRAGEN LTD in June 2018, where they served for two months. In the same year, they also worked as a Stajyer Mühendis at TRAGEN. Currently, they are a Business Analyst at Etiya since November 2022.

Beyza Kınacı Doğan completed their undergraduate studies in Agricultural Genetic Engineering at Ömer Halisdemir University from 2015 to 2019. Beyza then pursued a Master's degree in Agricultural Biotechnology at Eskişehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi, which they completed from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Agile & Scrum Foundations from BlueMark Academy in May 2023.
