Vanjia Thomas Phr

Vanjia Thomas, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 25 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Vanjia is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at American Welding & Gas. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Linde, where they focused on talent management and talent acquisition. Before Linde, Vanjia worked at Praxair, Inc for over 15 years, holding various HR positions including Director of Human Resources and Manager of Corporate Rotational Programs. In addition to their degree, Vanjia has additional certification in Caliper Essentials, which they obtained in October 2019 from Caliper.
