Erin Deroche

Erin DeRoche serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Talent, Compensation, and Human Capital Insights at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. Previously, Erin held several key roles at Fidelity Investments, including Head of Enterprise Compensation, People Analytics & Talent Management, as well as Head of Compensation for Asset Management. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Compensation at Putnam Investments, Compensation Consultant at Partners HealthCare, and Compensation Analyst at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Erin holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Lesley University and has completed education at Northeastern University.
