Michelle Rudlong

Michelle Rudlong, CPSP, has extensive experience at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, since March 1991, currently serving as Vice President of Retirement Benefits and previously as Sr. Director of Benefits. In these roles, Michelle oversees strategic program design and administration, vendor management, fiduciary support, and communication for benefits programs, collaborating with global professionals to enhance service delivery. Prior to this, Michelle held key positions including Sr. Account Officer/Client Service Manager and Client Service Manager, focusing on client satisfaction and team development. Earlier experience included working as an Assistant Administrator at Stanton Group/DCA, specializing in third-party administration for Flex Spending and pension accounts. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Metro State University.
