Sergio Orellana

Sergio Orellana is a seasoned IT security professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity roles. Currently serving as Sr. IT Security Manager at Amida Technology Solutions since February 2018, Orellana co-founded BinaryLab and held the position of Chief Cybersecurity Officer until April 2024. Prior experience includes directing the Breach Response Group at Redpoint Cyber and serving in the US Navy as a Defensive Cyber Operations Analyst, Security Health Officer, and Network Intrusion Detection Analyst from June 2011 to September 2017. Orellana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business from the University of Maryland, earned in 2010.
