Rob Carpenter

Rob Carpenter is a seasoned professional in healthcare staffing and recruitment, currently serving as Senior Director of Workforce Solutions at AMN Healthcare since January 2022. In this role, Rob leads large RPO Recruitment and Fulfillment teams while managing multiple accounts for healthcare system business partners. Previously, Rob held several leadership positions at Supplemental Health Care, including Senior Regional Manager and Senior Client Services Manager, focusing on managing nurse staffing fulfillment accounts and clinical staffing recruitment teams. Rob's career also includes roles in various sales and management positions in the retail and medical sectors, with a strong emphasis on account management and talent acquisition.
