Christina Cadore has a diverse work experience in the field of communications and engagement. Christina is currently the Head of Communications & Engagement at Amnesty International UK since November 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Communications and Engagement (Interim) from July 2023 to November 2023. Christina also worked as a Communications Planner at Amnesty International UK from September 2022 to November 2023.
Before joining Amnesty International UK, Christina worked as a Senior Communications Campaigner at WaterAid from November 2021 to September 2022. In this role, they led the development and delivery of communications campaigns and activities to support advocacy campaigns.
Christina also has experience as a Communications Officer at Womankind Worldwide from November 2018 to November 2021. In this position, Christina worked across policy, programs, and fundraising teams to develop impactful communications and lead campaigns.
Christina started their career as a Communications & Events Manager at Nicholls Spinal Injury Foundation (nsif) from March 2017 to April 2018. Christina also worked as a Communications Officer at nsif from March 2016 to March 2017.
Additionally, Christina had a fundraising internship at West London Day Centre from October 2015 to March 2016, where they gained knowledge in various aspects of fundraising. Christina also served as a Volunteer Receptionist/Administrator at West Hampstead Women's Centre from September 2014 to April 2015.
From 2010 to 2014, Christina Cadore studied at the University of Leeds, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Hons.) degree in Cultural Studies/Critical Theory and Analysis.
