Kamalapati Tiwari has over 12 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Kamalapati is currently working at Ample Technologies as the Head-CRM & Loyalty, where they lead the loyalty and CRM programs for both B2C and B2B. Kamalapati implements and monitors CLM/trigger programs to enhance customer lifetime value.
