Bethany Kaczanowski

Bethany Kaczanowski is an Associate Research Scientist II at Amway, having progressed from the role of Associate Research Scientist I in Skincare Formulation. Prior experience includes working as a Private Mathematics Tutor at Michigan State University and holding multiple internship positions at Amway, including Beauty/Cosmetics Formulation Intern and Home/Personal Care Product Development Intern. Bethany also served as a Mathematics Tutor for student athletes at the Smith Student Athlete Center and held coaching positions in volleyball, tennis, and gymnastics, showcasing strong leadership and mentoring skills. Bethany earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University in 2019.
