Susan Witmer Freund

Susan Witmer Freund is currently working as a Senior Contracts Administrator and Financial Analyst at ANSER since April 2014. Prior to that, Susan held the title of Director of Contracts at Halfaker and Associates, LLC from September 2009 to March 2014. With extensive experience in the field, Susan held the position of Senior Contracts Associate at Fu Associates, Ltd from November 1990 to September 2009. Susan completed their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from William & Mary in 1986.
