Vishal Laxman Bengeri

Vishal Laxman Bengeri has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Director - Strategic Initiatives at Anchanto since October 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager - Strategy & Operations Planning at Ola Electric from May 2022 to October 2023.

In 2018, Vishal joined Enabling Leadership and served as City Lead - Pune, Dharwad & Kumta from March 2020 to March 2021, and as City Lead - Pune from April 2018 to February 2020. Vishal played an integral role in setting up lean operational and financial foundations for the organization, later known as Just For Kicks - India.

Before Enabling Leadership, Vishal worked at Just For Kicks - India as an Operations Manager from July 2017 to March 2018. Their responsibilities included establishing a replicable and scalable operational and financial framework to drive educational transformation through football.

Vishal's earlier experience includes their tenure at Mahindra & Mahindra. Vishal started as a Graduate Engineering Trainee in August 2013 and progressed to Assistant Manager - Product Development from August 2014 to July 2016. Later, they became Deputy Manager - Product Development from August 2016 to June 2017. During their time at Mahindra & Mahindra, they focused on developing clean and green emission solutions for trucks and buses, including BS4 and BS6 systems.

Vishal Laxman Bengeri completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2022. Prior to that, they participated in an exchange program at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg in 2021 and completed a program on Social & Financial Innovation (ESG & Impact Investing) at IMD in the same year. Vishal earned their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University between 2009 and 2013. Additionally, Vishal has obtained several certifications including Career Essentials in Generative AI by Microsoft and LinkedIn, Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage, Agile Foundations from Project Management Institute, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from KPMG, Introduction to ESG from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI), Sustainability Strategies from Project Management Institute, Sustainability Training and E-Learning Program (STEP) from World Bank Group, Designing the Organization from Coursera, and Foundations of Everyday Leadership from Coursera.
