Matias MacCaglia

Matias Maccaglia is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in project and team management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager for Client Services at Andela since February 2021, Matias has previously held roles including Engineering Team Lead and Technical Account Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes Project Manager at IncluIT, and a progression of roles at Hewlett-Packard from Senior System Integrator/Project Manager to Service Analyst and Application Support, as well as a position as Analista de Control de Gestión Operativa at ACS, a XEROX Company. Matias holds degrees in Engineering in Systems and Systems Analysis from Instituto Universitario Aeronáutico, completed between 2003 and 2013.
