Meltem Kaya

Meltem Kaya is an experienced advisor and interim manager specializing in societal issues, with a focus on asylum, migration, health, and social domains. Currently serving as an advisor at Andersson Elffers Felix, Meltem supports various governmental and organizational entities in addressing complex societal challenges. Prior roles include being a member of the supervisory board at perMens, an independent advisor at Meltem Kaya Advies & Interim-management, and co-chairing the candidate committee for the Amsterdam municipal council. Additionally, Meltem has held leadership positions such as director at Bevalcentrum West and municipal councilor for the Municipality of Amsterdam.
