Ilyas Wali currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of Customer Experience at Angara Inc., focusing on creating an ultra-personalized customer experience for the luxury e-commerce brand. Prior experience includes managing customer experience for Zoya, a TATA product, and establishing Almass as a prominent jewellery store in Kashmir through sales and operations management. Ilyas co-founded the non-profit organization CAUSE, addressing critical issues in education and mental health in Kashmir.
