Tarlan Kornilov

Tarlan Kornilov has a diverse range of work experience in the legal field. Tarlan founded and served as the Managing Director of Taurus Lex Law Firm, where they provided end-to-end legal solutions for businesses globally. Tarlan then became the Group General Counsel at ANGARA Industries. Prior to these roles, they worked as the General Counsel at FPI Group, where they provided legal support for joint-venture investment activities, cross-border M&A transactions, and corporate actions. Before that, they served as a Senior Lawyer for International Projects at RESO Holding, focusing on legal support for corporate projects, M&A transactions, and drafting international contracts. Tarlan also worked as a Senior Lawyer of the International Department at Arbat Capital Management, where they supported the setup and launch of foreign investment funds and provided legal support for international transactions and corporate actions. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Legal Adviser at Law firm "Clever Legal" and as a Lawyer at the Economic Bar of Sverdlovsk Oblast.

Tarlan Kornilov pursued their education from 2003 to 2008 at The Ural State Law Academy's Institute of International and State Law. Tarlan obtained a Specialist degree in International Law during this period. Additionally, from 2005 to 2007, they enrolled in the Faculty of Additional Education at The Ural State Law Academy, where they earned another Specialist degree. This time, their field of study was Legal English.
