Jaimie Bell

Jaimie Bell is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Head of HR for North America at AngloGold Ashanti since February 2024, Jaimie previously held the role of Human Resources Director at Chevron, where responsibilities included leading HR through acquisition strategies and designing a hybrid work program. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Manager at PDC Energy, Inc., where Jaimie developed compensation, benefits, and learning programs to attract and retain talent. Jaimie also contributed as a Recruiting Specialist at InsideTrack and as an Executive Career Coach at Columbia University. Jaimie holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
