Julie Poulin

Julie Poulin, CFRE, currently serves as Chief of Development at the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland since July 2023. Previously, Julie held the position of Chief Development Officer at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County from October 2019 to October 2023. Julie has also contributed as a Board Member for the Rotary Club of Lakewood Ranch Inc. and served as a consultant at Ovation Fundraising Counsel from July 2014 to October 2019. As the Owner/Founder of Wind-A-Brook Associates, Julie provided professional fundraising support to various nonprofits throughout Maine. Additional experience includes roles as Part-Time Lecturer at the University of Southern Maine, Vice President of Institutional Development at Jobs for Maine's Graduates, and board member positions with the Association of Fundraising Professionals NNE. Julie holds a Master's degree in Education from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Emerson College.
